Located in the heart of Old West Austin, Sanarē West Lynn is a collection of eight luxury residences that bring together architecture, wellness, and community designed to support healthier, more connected living. The shared environment is arranged around a central biophilic courtyard, and feature downtown views from rooftop decks.

Sanarë Properties brings wellness science, craftsmanship, and human belonging back to the center of how we build. We revive lost construction traditions by utilizing organic, textured earthen building materials, creating structures that are authentic to the heritage of Central Texas and built to last for generations.
We are honored that this thoughtful approach led Sanarē West Lynn to be recognized as Austin Business Journal’s2025 Project of the Year, an accolade we share entirely with the community and partners who inspired its design.
Sanarē West Lynn is designed in collaboration with the architects at Cedar Build and constructed by our affiliate brand, Gossett & Co.
